Refund policy

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business, we do not offer returns or refunds. If you have a problem or issue with your order, please send an email to wicks@7pillarshome.com and we will work together to resolve the issue.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds. We are happy to work to resolve any issue you may have.

Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing your order. We are unable to stop orders once they are sent for processing. To cancel an order please send an email to wicks@7pillarshome.com
